Braised Pork Belly



2.2 lb (1 pack) Lypid™ Plant-Based Braised Pork Belly

Baby bok choy, chives or other vegetables as garnish (optional)



1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.

2. Add crushed peppercorns to the wok, as well as the chillies, garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for around 2 minutes until fragrant. 3. Pour Lypid™ Plant-Based Braised Pork Belly into the work then toss all the ingredients together until combined.

4. Use flour, cornstarch, rice starch, or potato starch to make a thicker sauce that clings to noodles.
