Lypid™ Plant-Based
Pork Belly Slices

Juicy and "meaty", but of course 100% piggy-free! Our product is high in protein, free of cholesterol, and has lower saturated fat, calories and sodium compared to animal salted pork belly. It's perfect for a variety of meals and now available for foodservice! 

Chef Cooking Tips: We recommend first cutting the slices into  6 - ½” strips!

For deep-frying:  Carefully place into oil heated to 350 °F for 2 minutes until golden brown.

Griddling:  Set griddle to 350 -400 °F and drizzle with oil. Brown the lardons on each side for 2 minutes until dark and golden brown in color.

Baking: Preheat oven to 480 °F. Remove surface water on pork belly slices with paper towels. Brush some oil onto the pork belly surfact and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
