About Lypid

We pioneer alternative fat solutions by creating sensory experiences and healthy options like no cholesterol and low saturated fat with plant-based ingredients. We invite people to enjoy healthy food without compromising on their palate.

Our Founders

Lypid was co-founded by Ph.D.s Jen-Yu Huang and Michelle Lee after they received their degrees from Cornell University. Development has continued at the SOSV's IndieBio in San Francisco.
