Braised Pork Belly
Fried Rice



1/2 Cup Yellow onion, diced
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1/3 Cup Zucchini, diced
1/2 Cup Carrot, diced
1 1/2 Cup Cooked day-old rice
1/3 Cup Margarine
1 c Lypid™ Plant-Based Braised Pork Belly
1/2 Tbsp Black pepper
1 tsp Garlic powder
Chopped green onions for garnish


  1. In a wok over medium high heat, sauté onions until translucent. Add the rest of the vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes.

  2.  Add rice, making sure to break up any clumps, and mix in the margarine. Cook until rice is nicely browned.

  3. Mix in Lypid™ Plant-Based Braised Pork Belly and seasonings until well combined.

  4. Garnish with green onions.
