Chef Cooking Tips: We recommend first cutting the slices into  6 - ½” strips!

For deep-frying: Carefully place into oil heated to 350 °F for 2 minutes until golden brown.

Griddling:  Set to 450°F and drizzle with oil. Brown the lardons for 1 min, turn over and brown for another minute until they are golden brown in color.

Baking: Place on a baking sheet and heat at 425 °F for 12-15 until golden brown.
